What is Microsoft Office 365?
Microsoft is the largest company in the entire world. They have been creating top tier software's for computers. One of their latest advancements and creations in the field of software is Microsoft Office 365. It is a software that combines the extensive software and services that are being offered by Microsoft themselves. Microsoft Office 365 has plenty of applications that come along with it, some of the applications it includes are found in Microsoft Office Suite like Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel and many more. With all of these found in Microsoft Office 365, there are also other applications that are embedded in the software, it also has the server products of Microsoft like the Exchange Server, SharePoint Server, and Lync Server.
The applications are stored in a cloud server which can be opened by using the internet and basically anywhere around the world. So what are the benefits of Microsoft Office 365 when it comes to business? For example, a manager of a particular business is on his computer and has Outlook configured and installed in it. Somedays, he is not around his office and has to be doing some rounds inside the warehouse but he needs to open his Outlook to check his emails. Even though he finds a computer that is located within the warehouse, he still needs to access his personal computer because his emails are stored there and not on the warehouse computer. When these scenarios happen, the Exchange Online application can actually help in accessing emails instantly basically anywhere and is still similar with the Outlook application.
